“Renewal from Rubble,” draws inspiration from Nehemiah’s steadfast vision to rebuild Jerusalem’s walls. On the left, crumbling stones and withered flowers speak to a time of loss and despair. On the right, golden walls rise in quiet strength, blossoms bloom anew, and a glowing lamp stands as a testament to divine guidance.
At the heart of the composition lies a collaged verse—Nehemiah 2:20—affirming the sacred resolve behind the restoration: “The God of heaven will make us successful.”
The artwork becomes both a reflection of history and a modern meditation on purpose, faith, and the beauty born from rebuilding.
