📦Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping Methods

  • Original artworks, including oil on canvas (stretched, unframed), acrylic on paper (usually framed), and oil pastel on paper (usually framed), are shipped securely from the artist's location in Thailand via Thai Post Air Parcel, with tracking provided.

  • Fine Art Prints, including canvas prints, posters, and other print-on-demand products: fulfilled by Printful, using reliable carriers (FedEx, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) depending on destination.

  • Printful has fulfillment centers in the US (Charlotte, Dallas), Mexico (Tijuana), Canada (Toronto), and Europe (Riga, Latvia; Barcelona, Spain; Birmingham, UK). The company also has offices in other locations and provides worldwide fulfillment services. 

  • All shipments are carefully packaged to protect your artwork during transit.

🌍 Delivery Regions

  • We ship original artworks to destinations worldwide.

  • Art prints are currently available for shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

 

⏱️ Delivery Times

  • Originals with Thai Post Air Parcel: 1–5 weeks depending on region (EMS shipping requires an extra fee. Please contact us.

  • Printful fulfillment: Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your  location, but can be estimated as follows

        - USA: 3–4 business days

        - Europe: 6–8 business days

        - Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

 

🔒 Insurance & Tracking

  • Insurance is available for original artworks upon request.

  • All shipments include tracking numbers. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message at mai.jehovahart@gmail.com.

 

📌 Important Notes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

    • U.S. customer typically does not charge import duty on original, hand-painted artwork. Buyer may be responsible for any applicable state sales tax or small carrier processing fees. 

  • We cannot ship to countries without a listed shipping rate — please contact us for special arrangements.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

🖼️ Original Artworks

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly different from the description.

  • To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

🖨️ Art Prints (Printful Fulfillment)

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at mai.jehovahart@gmail.com

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at mai.jehovahart@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at mai.jehovahart@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

   ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

   ● Ask your local post office if they have your package

   ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at mai.jehovahart@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at mai.jehovahart@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
